Return Policy

We want you to love your GINA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on swimwear that is unworn, unused, undamaged, and has the original hygiene liner and tags fully intact.

Eligibility

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from marks, makeup, or damage

  • In original packaging

  • With hygiene liner and all tags attached

Once we receive and inspect your item, you can choose between store credit or a size exchange (depending on stock availability).

Please note

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items purchased with store credit and all sale items are final sale

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately — we’ll organise a replacement or a full refund for the faulty piece
