RETURNS

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be:

•⁠ ⁠Unworn and unwashed

•⁠ ⁠Free from marks, makeup, or damage

•⁠ ⁠In original packaging

•⁠ ⁠With hygiene liner and all tags attached

Once we receive and inspect your item, you can choose between store credit or a size exchange (depending on stock availability).

Please note

•⁠ ⁠Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

•⁠ ⁠Original shipping fees are non-refundable

•⁠ ⁠Items purchased with store credit and all sale items are final sale

•⁠ ⁠If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately — we’ll organise a replacement or a full refund for the faulty piece

How long will it take to get my order?

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. Currently standard shipping is 3-8 business days and express shipping is 1-4 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID will follow.

How do I know what size I am?
